FUTE Lithium Thionyl Chloride (Li/SOCL 2 ) batteries are reliable and safe. They are a superior power source, combining the highest energy density and voltage, longest service life, lowest self-discharge, plus the widest temperature range of any battery commercially available.
Our company sincerely hope to establish a new and long-standing relationship with
(the buyer), the following agreement has been made according to the delivery, inspection and operation of FUTE Lithium Batteries:
1. The buyers should place an order 15-60 days before the delivery time, the faxed signature or respective seals to be affixed the date and year below written is also valid and has the same effect.
2. The buyers inspect and accept the commodities according to the negotiated inspection standard or technical requirements both parties have agreed with, but should raise quality complaint within two months after receiving FUTE batteries before the payment is made.
3. We ensure all the buyers quality guarantee for one year after the receipt of the cargo, over this year, the battery can't meet with the agreed technical data or becomes ineffective during the normal operation and storage, our company guarantees the replacement for the unqualified FUTE Lithium Cells.
4.FUTE lithium cells offer superior safety and also free of heavy metals so they are environmentally friendly. The buyers should strictly comply with the important notes below, our company will not undertake the responsibility of the leakage or explosion due to the buyer's misuse, the important notes are as follows:
1) Do not over-discharge, crush, incinerate or disassemble the battery.
2) Do not use the battery continuously above the limited battery current(the largest stated pulse current).
3) Do not short or attempt to recharge the battery.
4) Do not heat above 100 ¡æ (High temperature type not above 150 ¡æ ).
5) Remove cells from their devices as soon as the cut-off voltage is reached.
6) The above listed notes should be strictly followed. Improper handling the battery will cause swelling, leaking, crushing, or fire even explosure.
7) When the direct users have a great demand for FUTE Lithium Cells, our company will send high engineers for instructions on the installment or making technical training.
8) The buyers should inform the suppliers in advance when the operating conditions or environment has changed.
9)The operating temperature range is from -55--+85 degrees centigrade.
